I discovered the Dragon Fruit in Thailand,on a vacation.
It was pretty much love at first sight, because, well, this fruit is like me. It’s quite scaly and hard on the outside but on the inside it’s soft, sweet and tart, with little seeds that are not always easy to swallow. But we were living in India at the time and once we came back, there were no dragon fruits in my life. Only mangoes.
Then I moved to Singapore and one of the best things about living here is the unlimited and massive quantities of dragon fruit I am being able to consume.
The white ones, not the red ones. The red ones will turn your pee and poop pink. It’s a bit scary.
